Energy Efficiency Services

LED - Full Turn Key projects:

Exceledy handles the project from start to finish, from the lighting audit, savings analysis, photometric, design & layout, product selection, an installation by licensed electricians.

LED - Lighting Only:

In some cases, facilities have their preferred electrical contractor or electricians onsite. For this situation, Exceledy will complete the lighting audit, photometric, design & layout, and product selection but will only ship the facility the new LED lights. The customer will take care of the installation.

LED On Demand:

This is where a “Full Turnkey Project” is broken into smaller pieces to fit within annual maintenance budgets. Customers can use their quarterly or annual maintenance budget to replace lights as they need them. This is a good option for large corporations that need the lighting but can’t get approval to complete the whole project at once.

LED - SMR(Service, Maintenance, & Repair):

As more and more facilities are converted to LED lighting, and LED lights start to fail, facilities can no longer have a site person change bulbs and ballast; they need a licensed electrician to replace the entire fixture. Exceledy has the electricians, lights, tool & equipment, to fix or replace failing LED lights.

Energy Solutions Services

Energy Procurement:

Exceledy has industry experts that can help customers navigate the energy market. Exceledy works with several Retail Electricity Providers (REP) to ensure customers get the right price and contract to fit their energy strategy.

Demand Response:

Generate a revenues stream for your company by participating in program during grid emergencies. Customers who can control their energy usage are eligible to participate in Utility and Grid Programs that pay them to reduce energy usage during emergencies. Exceledy can work with your facility to assess what load can be reduced and how much revenue can be earned.

Peak Shaving/4CP:

Exceledy can help facilities manage their peak load to reduce demand charges on their utility bills. Exceledy can do a free analysis to calculate the load drop and the amount of annual savings.

Automation and Controls:

Exceledy has a broad range of resources to deploy technology to manage energy load. From lighting sensors to generator and facility controls. At Exceledy, we help customers use energy smarter.

Solar Development:

Exceledy works will partners to develop Onsite Solar Projects, as “Energy as a Service through Power Purchase Agreements” to “Design& Build – Turn Key”.

Exceledy has the experience to “Design & Build”, Turn-Key Solutions for Standby Generator Packages from 30kW to 10MWs. Exceledy can put together a strategy to fund and generate revenues from the generator.
