Full Turn Key projects:
Exceledy handles commercial energy-saving projects from start to finish, the lighting audit, savings analysis, photometric, design and layout, product selection, installation by licensed electricians, and disposal of old fixtures. When the project is complete, all non-LED lights will be replaced with new LED fixtures, and the customer will eliminate maintenance of old fixtures and see a 70%-90% reduction in energy for their lighting.
Lighting Only:
In some cases, facilities have their electrical contractor or electricians onsite. For this situation, Exceledy will complete the lighting audit, photometric, design and layout, and product selection but will only ship the facility the new LED lights. The customer will take care of the installation.
LED On Demand:
The whole facility LED turn-key project is broken into smaller projects to fit within annual maintenance budgets. Customers can use their quarterly or annual maintenance budget to replace lights instead of completing the project all at once. This is a good option for large corporations that need the lighting but can’t get approval from the corporate office to complete the whole project at once.
SMR(Service, Maintenance, & Repair):
As more and more facilities are converted to LED lighting, when LED lights start to fail, facilities can no longer have a site person change bulbs and ballast when lights fail; they need a licensed electrician to replace the entire fixture. Exceledy has a licensed electrician, lights, and equipment & Tool to fix or replace failing LED lights.
